Pelee Wings Nature Store – New Branding

Pelee Wings has always been one of our favourite outdoor, nature stores in Ontario. They are known for their wide selection of Point Pelee souvenirs, nature lover goods, binoculars/scopes, paddlesports rentals & events, and most recently their outdoor BBQ dining. We were thrilled when the new owner, Butch, contacted K Design Studio to refresh their logo and talk rebrand strategies.

We focused on establishing colours that matched their new, navy interior design, customizing a new bold & friendly font, maintaining a simple & clean style, implementing their new tagline, and stylizing their Tern bird icon to come ALIVE! We wanted the logo to really POP from a distance, be clearly legible, attract a wider target market for their growing watersports sector and be MEMORABLE.

We also included in their Branding Package, additional colour and tagline versions which could be applied onto merchandise to create more attractive Pelee Wings souvenirs. New full colour, main logos are below, along with their new 2 colour floor mat fresh off the printer! New signs are next, and fresh branded products in the works.
